Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I have bought layer slider, I currently have ver. 6.6.2.

    Wordpress 4.9 tells me that I need to upgrade to ver 6.6.4. but when I try to upgrade I get a error message no update archive found !? 

    At first, Layerslider came free with blaszok template, I bought the licence to be able to have auto updates and now they don't work ?ΒΈ

    Is there something I done wrong ? The licence has been successfully activated ?

    is there a way to mannually update ?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.

    I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. 

    You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. 

    Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

    I just wished I get notified by email when you respond to a ticket, I was waiting for this for a while !
