    I bought your license recently and now I've implemented the new version, which is included in the "CLASSIERA" theme. I'm with the latest version of layerslider.

    When accessing the smartphone, whether on android or IOS the download is very slow, and inaccurate. The first loading of the slide looks and the effects all change.

    After a while, the presentation returns to normal. However, if I close the browser or refresh the page the problem appears again.

    Do not have a secret to make the browser load the codes and still keep this in "cache"? I use the "W3 Total Chache" plugin and it's set up to keep the browser and server cache on disk, but I've tried everything, until I clear the cache and try new ones. Anything.

    "I BOUGHT LAYERSLIDER AS YOUR SITE REPORTS ITS RESPONSIBILITY".

    Anyway, the result is bad, especially on IPHONE.

    Good Atilla, you did not give me a forecast of when you will solve. I just launched my website and the slides are hurting me. In IOS then they hang right.

    I'll pull out some animations and try to figure it out. If not, I'll pull out more animations and try. Finally, if I do not solve, I will remove all the slides from the air and test. You can do this too if you're testing.

    My slides are in the home and the slide call syntax is: [layerslider id = "2"] See: This is the problem slide.

    See, there's another slider on the same page that's working fine. It's the [layerslider id = "3"] Please do not touch it unless it's for testing.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience. We've turned off the Use Google CDN version of jQuery and the Put JS includes to body options in the Advanced settings for you. As the notification suggests in that section, incorrect usage of these settings can cause issues, so it's not recommended to change them under normal circumstances or when they are not needed.

    Regardless of this, there seems to be an interference on the front-end, caused by another script or plugin. Please start to temporary disable your other plugins one by one (start with caching so you can see the changes) until the problem ceases and the slider works as intended. With this method we will know the cultprit so we can troubleshoot further.
