I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what do you mean by 'alpha' transition. Every layer animation, movement and transformation option can be found in the Layers -> Transitions tab.
If you set a layer's offset options to zero and disable fade, it will appear static, without any movement.

I would like to make a transition for a layer just with its alpha. Example : time 1 alpha is 0%, time 2 alpha is 100%.
Also, is it possible that a layer appears at a time but without transition, just appears ?
