Hello, I am unsure how to activate the license for automatic updates and support? I just purchased 6 month support yet, unsure how to activate it in the plug in when the plug in itself is already activated. Can you please help me do this? Here attached, is a screenshot of what it says.

Your license is most likely stuck, showing that it's active in the admin, but in reality it's not. We have recently launched a new site that you can use to check and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations If you reset your purchase code in this site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.
