Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi there,

Certain slides are not being hidden according to the ls-hide-___ attributes I am adding to each of the slides.

I have integrated LayerSlider via Shopify with a lot of success except for this issue.

I know this integration may not be supported whatsoever, but I think other users may benefit from any help on this matter.

    Thanks!

    Hello again,

There is no .ls-hide-mobile attribute, only .ls-hide-phone. Also, as we can see you have tried to hide slides using it. These class names are only working on individual layers. You cannot hide whole slides with it, only layers.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the update.

I did not realize that the ls-hide-___ attributes only worked on individual layers rather than slides. In retrospect it makes sense and after looking through the documentation I can see it explicitly says "layers" rather than "sildes".

All is working well now. Thanks for the clarification. :)
