The plugin works on a PC in all browsers, but not on a Mac. What is the issue that I am missing. The text in the animation is ignoring placement and line breaks.

    Hello,

We've looked into this and we believe that the issue is caused by another JS plugin, could be the "modernizr".

Please start commenting them out one by one from the code, so you can find the source of the problem. Once we know which one is responsible for it, we can troubleshoot further.

I have removed all other JavaScript from the page. All that is there now is your JS and html. The page still does not work in Safari or Chrome on a Mac.

I need to get this resolve as soon as possible. My client's site is set to go live soon and this is holding it up.

I would like to thank you for the "fast" help, but not really. Not providing and answer to an issue in 6 days is HORRIBLE support! I have determined the issue to be with a font. Your slider doesn't provide an error is if has issues in reading fonts.

I don't know why I paid for the support from you guys, it really is a waste of time and money!

Sorry for the delayed responses, we are experiencing heavy traffic due to Envato's Cyber Monday sale that we were part of.

We have checked on it again, but it looked fine for us in both Chrome and Safari. Did you change anything in the meantime ? Or did you manage to solve it ? Everything seems to be in order for us currently.
