Hello! I have been saving my work after every major change for the past two days. Just now, I began receiving an "HTTP ERROR" when attempting to upload a photo. This turned out to be a Wordpress problem and fixing it caused the page to reload. I expected to lose my last change, but to my surprise I had lost approximately 4 hours of work, despite having saved at least 5 times within that period. The last time I attempted to save I got a message telling me Layer Slider was unable to save due to a system error, but prior to that I got no such message. This stuff is quite a lot of work to be having to reproduce! Any thoughts on how I can avoid similar mishaps in the future?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Judging from your description, this is most likely a server configuration issue, probably a memory or execution time limitation. Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
I checked it, and there was initially a message about a caching plugin that I have installed but not activated. i deleted it, but the problem persists.
