Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. all of the demo templates fail to import

    whenever I try to import a demo slider, I get the following message:

    It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from importing your selected slider. Please check LayerSlider -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Retrying the import might also help.

    I have checked the system status and everything is fine.  Is there anything else I can try?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.2.). Since you've already checked the System Status and there are no errors, we can rule out server problems. So unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation.
    To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
