whenever I try to import a demo slider, I get the following message:

I have checked the system status and everything is fine. Is there anything else I can try?

There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.2.). Since you've already checked the System Status and there are no errors, we can rule out server problems. So unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation. To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
