    Problems with the activating method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

    Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    I've tested your license on our demo site, but it activated the plugin without any problem for me. There is something preventing this process on your installation, I still believe it's a server misconfiguration.

    If you set up a temporary WP login for us, we can check on it further to see what's wrong exactly.

    Good afternoon! I have a doubt. When I'm editing the slides there are three display devices: Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
    But when I edit, the screen remains with the same dimesões, I would like the screen to be the size of the device that will be displayed, so I will know where to leave each item for a better visualization.
    Another problem is that the main editing screen is not with the correct display dimensions, I have to drag the item out of it, just so it stays in the position I want, see the print I sent.
    How do I leave the editing screen with the actual dimensions, how will they appear for my clients?

    I am having another problem, when I will scroll the slide on the mobile the slide starts again, how to disable this?

    Hello Thontatah,

    Since version 6 of LayerSlider you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This new feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles.

    Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two (or more) sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop/mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device.

    Also, I'd recommend to remove the 'Responsive Under' value you have set for your slider. Since version 6 the plugin calculates this option by itself so you do not have to enter anything. The Responsive Under option is located in the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth section. It is hidden by default so you have to enable the Show Advanced Settings button.

    And finally, you are using the 'Allow restarting slides on resize' option. This is the reason your slider is being restarted. It's in the Misc tab of Slider Settings. It is also hidden by default.
