I am working on a new section of our website and need to have a mobile slider and desktop slider. I have created both with the hide / show set in settings but find the the sliders do not open properly. If I set the order of sliders as follows, with the the mobile version first, it works the best. If I open the page with the screen size below the mobile setting then the page loads the slider correctly and when I expand the screen it then shows the desktop one correctly. However, if I load the page with the screen size above the mobile breakpoint then the slider is given the proper space but it is just a blank unless I set the image as a background. If I set the images as a background than the text layer that I set (seemling any layers) do not show. If I minimize the screen then the mobile does show but as I expand back out the slider again is just a white screen or no layers. (Note: I just updated this plugin this morning and it seems better as it seems to work properly on a desktop or iPad but still does not work correctly on a Android tablet and has the same issues as described above.
When I inspect the code the div ID is not changing from whatever it is set at when the page loads. This really confuses me as to why the other will show at all.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.
I would like to confirm that we have received your message. Due to the nature of the issue you are experiencing, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.
Please try to turn off the Start only in viewport option for both sliders, and let us know of the results. There might be a rare error where this occurs in certain cases.

Hello,
Please try to turn off the Start only in viewport option for both sliders, and let us know of the results. There might be a rare error where this occurs in certain cases.
The problem was most likely that a cache script/plugin interfered with the changes. But if it's working now, it should stay that way.
