Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.2.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue. To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue. Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
if I go to LayerSlider System Status I see the msg you see in the attachment n.1 than if I go to Wordpress update I get the msg you see in attachment 2, telling that all themes and plugin are updated, but still see red notification on side and don't know how to update layerslider to 6.6.2 version as indicated in msg n. 1
I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.
You will need to completely remove the current (bundled?) version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
You can find detailed installation instructions in the documentation, please refer to the following URL: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#plugin-setup
This will get you the latest release and hopefully solve the other issue as well.
I've logged in with the user you've created, but unfortunately it does not have any permission. I cannot access anything in the admin with it, only the Profile menu. Please set proper permissions for the user so we can see and use the plugin.
Thank you. I was able to login and test the transition problem now, but it does not occur for me. I've created a test slider (I've left it there so you can also check it) and could apply slide transitions without any problem. Also, the test slider does not seem to get stuck after a few loops.
Could you please check on these errors again, to see if you can still reproduce them ?
hi,
I started to use layerslider and when I try to choose a transition between slides with the choose transition tab, it doesn't work.
can you help me to fix that?
thanks

Thank you for the feedback. Please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can check on this issue from the back-end.
