My slider plays fine when I preview it, but does not get past the first slide when I embed it using short code. I read the troubleshooting and confirmed that all the images are in my media library and are properly selected. I don't find any reason why it should not play. The URL above is a test page I installed it on.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've checked your settings and as I can see you've set the Auto-start slideshow option to false. This means that the slider will not start automatically. And since you've disabled every form of navigation (nav arrows, start stop buttons, thumbnails), it cannot be started manually either.
I have checked the slider again, but for me the audio starts playing. Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ? In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately it might be a Safari restriction/limitation. We will look into this problem in depth, to see if we can find anything wrong on our end, and if yes, we will adjust it in the upcoming releases.
We've looked into this further and the problem is related to Safari. In the recent releases of Safari they introduced an autoplay blocking function. Some sites are being recognized (for example YouTube), but most starts with the "Stop Media With Sound" option as default.
You can adjust this in the address bar of the browser by right clicking the field, and use the "Settings for This Website" section to change it.
Unfortunately this was created on purpose by the browser's developers against audio and other media, so there is no real workaround that we can apply for it. This is a browser restriction, therefore everyone has to change it for themselves.

Ahh! So simple! I had originally set this as a pop up and had autoplay enabled there, I guess I didn't notice. So sorry to bother you.
Oops, sorry - now it moves, but the audio layer does not play. I've looked to see if there's something disabled there, but I don't see anything

Hi, I figured out last night that it works on any browser except Safari - which is of course what I generally use.
OH sorry, device is MacBook Air and OS is Sierra - 10.12.6.

I deleted the audio and re-uploaded it, and it now plays.
Correction. It still doesn't play. I was in the wrong browser.

Got it, thank you!
