Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.
I have it set everything. And the status doesn't show anything other than an irregular install, but I believe that is because it was installed through enfold initially. Please advise.
In that case I'd recommend to reinstall the plugin by downloading the newest version from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider with our release. The bundled versions might be restricted in some ways.
You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
I've increased upload file size, etc. and still cannot import or export. it says "0 sliders has been successfully imported."
