Where and when exactly should the popup appear ? We cannot locate it at the moment.
Also, there is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.1.), so unfortunately it is most likely another conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue. Please try to look for any incompatibility by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
The problem is that you have inserted it with Visual Composer. Visual Composer believes that it's a content part of the site, and leaves the space empty for it. However it's a popup, it 'floats' above the site, so it doesn't need that empty space. It seems like Visual Composer cannot detect this properly, generating this issue.
You could try to insert it with one of the default methods (shortcode, widgets), this would likely solve the problem.
But I'd recommend to avoid using Visual Composer, and use the plugin's options instead, in the Slider Settings -> Popup -> Target Pages section. There you can set on which page(s) should the slider appear. If you go with this method, you will need to remove any previous inserting methods (shortcode etc), as the Target Pages will automatically generate it.
Then I just wonder how to move around the button to click down the pop up - where do I set the correct settings to have the cross/button on the top of the pop up and not in the bottom?
You can edit the close button in the Slider Settings -> Popup -> Modal Options section, with the Close Button Custom CSS field (hidden by default). You can enter any CSS here to style or position your close button.
Hi!
I have 2 problems that I believe is somehow related to Layer Slider.
First: I use the Pop Up slider and it creates a empty/white area/row - It´s in the bottom of the page submitted. How do I solve that?
Second: There seems to be some kind of conflict on the page - the menu reloads every third second.
I have a feeling it is because a conflict with Layer Slider.
Can you please have a look at the page?

Sorry try again - someone had activated stuff that wasn´t supposed to be there.
Thanks. We will check on it and get back to you.
Just a picture on the problem.
Problem 1 - Empty area.
Problem 2 - the button to click down the slider is under screen hight - how to move it to the top of the slider?
Thanks!
Fredrik

Great!

Aaah - I had to start and stop the "advanced options" a couple of time for the field to show up - this explains the stuff!
Thanks!
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem. If you need further assistance please let us know.
