    Hi,

I have recently purchased LayerSlider for WP but after installation it doesn't seem to work as icons are on top of each other and buttons shown in screenshot are not working.

I have cleared cache and I have also checked by disabling all other plugins but the issue remains.

Kindly check attachment and suggest resolution.

    Regards,

    Hello umer78,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

It seems like you did not attach the screenshot, so unfortunately I cannot check it.

Regardless, there is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.1.), so it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
Please also try to temporary switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status as well, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

Please find attached screenshot of the issue. I have even switched back site to default theme but still issue persists.

    Regards,

Thank you for the feedback. Judging from the screenshot this is indeed some kind of incompatibility or plugin/theme conflict.

Please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can look into this problem further from the back-end, to see what might be wrong.

Thank you for the feedback. Judging from your description the problem is likely going to be related to your Chrome browser. We did not experience any issues with Chrome, and no other user reproted it so far either. And since it's working with other browsers for you as well, this is probably a localized issue with your Chrome.

Please temporary disable your browser add-ons or other browser extensions that might be affecting the plugin. You could also try to reinstall it to see if that helps.

Unfortunately I couldn't test it on your admin, as you did not set permission for us to access the Plugins or to use the LayerSlider.
