Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I made some subtle changes to the last slide on the Amosca homepage, basically to centre the text and logos and to add "2016/17" - but however many times I save and refresh the changes don't show up. The only caching on the site is with Opcache and all text changes show immediately. I found an "empty cache" option in Layerslider but it made no difference.
Hello djadan,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
LayerSlider's built-in caching cannot prevent changes made to your sliders. So the problem is most likely related to an external factor, some kind of 3rd party caching. Please check again if there is any caching plugin, solution or script (might be part of your theme as well) on your installation, that could prevent the slider updates.
In case you do not find anything, you could also try to troubleshoot the problem, by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
