    Hi,

Do you know if there are issues with the layer slider in combination with the Omega theme?

We do get a lot of these errors:

Multiple jQuery issueIt looks like that another plugin or your theme loads an extra copy of the jQuery library causing problems for LayerSlider to show your sliders. Please navigate on your WordPress admin area to the main page of LayerSlider and enable the "Put JS includes to body" option within the Troubleshooting & Advanced Settings box.

I already activated the suggested "Put JS includes to body" But it doesn't help much.

I have the lastest version of the slider, WP version 4.8.3 and Omge  version 1.16.0

    Hello JP Flikweert,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

We are not aware of any incompatibility issues with the Omega theme, but we are not familiar with it either, so unfortunately it's possible that there is a conflict. As the error message suggests, there is an extra copy of the jQuery - most likely loaded by your theme - that is causing this issue. I'll let the dev team look into this further, to locate the exact source of the problem, and let you know of the results.

    Hello again,

Unfortunately it was quite hard to investigate this case, as there are several other error messages on your site. Furthermore the Minify & Combine option for JavaScript files in the WP Rocket cache plugin is enabled. It merges all files into one, making it almost impossible to troubleshoot. Please note that this JS Minify & Combine option could cause problems in itself, because of this mass merging.

Couple of things that we noticed:

    - There is something wrong with the cache files. For example this file contains a 400 Bad Request error message instead of the code: https://www.biodreamshop.nl/wp-content/cache/min/1/9c56ec77da7fc3c5d073f1f2f3e39e87.js

    - There is a JS error on your site (most likely a result of the caching problem), that is preventing LayerSlider from even initializing, as it interferes and stops the scripts on your site.

    - We've also found this file: https://beoordelingen.feedbackcompany.nl/widget/39470.js This could easily be responsible for loading multiple jQueries, and it loads a really version of it as well.
