Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     The Layer does not work  to the right side. The left arrows work correct.

    I have checked the URL you provided, but there is no slider on it at the moment. Where exactly can we see the error ?

    The right arrow does not function, the left is okay.

    The slider from your screenshot is not LayerSlider, so unfortunately we cannot help with it. As I can see it's an element called qode_image_gallery added with Visual Composer. I'd recommend to contact the author of the plugin, they should be able to provide more information on it and hopefully a solution as well.
