Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I just upgraded this plugin, and now the gradient overlay on my slides is appearing and disappearing suddenly, sometimes making the white text layer on top of it invisible. How do I set this gradient layer so that it is always visible?
Hello Heidi Mitrushi,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.
I would like to confirm that we have received your message. Due to the nature of the issue you are experiencing, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.
Hello again,
We've located the problem. In the following file: https://sbmweb.com/wp-content/themes/success/css/commercegurus.css there are several CSS attributes, that are overwriting the slider's default styles, interfering with multiple settings and causing these issues. As we can see these were created on purpose, as they are targeting the slider directly, and messing with several plugin features.
In case you've added these, please remove them.
Or if these are generated by your theme, we'd recommend to contact the author of your theme with this case, and request a solution for this. They will need to remove these overwriting CSS attributes, otherwise LayerSlider will not work with their theme.
