Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi everybody and thank you for this plug in and the great support.

    I have a fixed size gallery with your plug in and I would like to change the background color as shown in the attachment.

    Thank you very much!

    Al

    Hello Al,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    The empty white area around the slider is not its background, so you cannot change the color inside the plugin. It is another element/container (DIV) on the page, not related to the slider.

    Ok, but i noticed another issue.

    Why my thumbnails inside the slider are not clickable?

    Thank you

    They are not clickable because they are being covered by a couple Avia Builder elements. Please refer to the screenshots, these Avia Builder elements are overlapping the bottom of the slider, preventing it from being clickable.

    Tahnk you for your reply Attila.

    How can i bring the slider and thumbnails on top of them?

    You could try to set a higher z-index value for the slider than the Avia Builder elements to see if that solve this. You can set the z-index for the slider in the Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Custom Slider CSS field by entering for example z-index:999;

    In case this does not work, you will need to position those Avia Builder elements further down the page, so they do not cover the slider's bottom.
