Videos won't play properly anymore, video starts then goes to a black screen and then starts again about 2 seconds later. This is with any video's, YouTube videos, embedded or HTML or self hosted videos.
The ending transition does not work when building new slide? I place an image or text in the slider, it will slide in but will not slide out. Have tried every combination to get it to leave the slider and it wont move.
The last plugin update was on October 17. There are no known issues like present in the current release, so the problem is most likely related to another factor. Also, the plugin does not update itself automatically, only if you initiate it or manually do it. If you show us your site with the faulty slider we can take a look.
We've checked the slider on the provided URL, but we did not experience any of the mentioned issues with it. The slider with its one slide loads properly. It contains one layer that appers, and one background video which also starts. There are no black screens in the video either. We tested it on multiple installations with different OS/browsers, but we couldn't reproduce or see any of the issues.
We have looked at this page on 22 different devices every device has the same issue.
We will have to use Revolution slider because that does not have the issue. (support is much better, they don't blame everyone else)
Why has so many templates been downloaded into my WordPress? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. The import Slider doesn't work so you just download a heap of junk onto my WordPress?
