I installed the Enfold theme on my wordpress website, which came with a demo version of the Layerslider plug-in, and after checking out your website I decided to purchase the slider to be able to use some of the amazing templates you have. After activating the plug-in I enabled the "PHP ZipArchive Extension" and sucesfully imported a few templates from the template store, and I've added them to some pages, but noticed some sort of bugs in the slide navigation controls which are diplaying really weirdly.

The problem is most likely caused by a custom style or CSS (generated by your theme) that is being applied on the slider and overwriting its default settings.
But if you can show us your site with the slider in question, we can look into it further and confirm this.
