Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. To the best of our knowledge, there is no such compatibility issue between our plugin and the Avada theme at the moment. No other user reported this so far and we did not experience this on our end either. We believe that it could be a conflict problem on your installation related to a 3rd party item unfortunately.
First of all please make sure that you are using an up-to-date Avada version, as they might have implemented fixes to their latest release.
In case the problem persists, please try to temporary disable other plugins/scripts on your installation to see if that solves the issue.
