Audio not playing in Firefox

This may be a real simple fix, but I haven't been able to find the solution. My imbedded audio in my LayerSlider plays fine with everything but Firefox. I know Firefox plays OGG files, but I don't see any settings in the layer slider that accounts for the OGG platform. Is there a way to get Firefox to play the audio as well?

    Thanks,

    Duncan

Please try to enable the controls for the media layers. This option is located at the bottom of the Layers -> Content -> Video / Audio tab. Set Controls to Enabled. We believe that this should solve the problem.

That doesn't work. Attached is a screen shot of what I have had those settings on the entire time. Any other ideas that come to mind? The only Auto feature that is disabled is the AutoPlay. That can't be enabled. And even when I enabled it, the player is still invisible. However it does play in firefox, but without the player present. So that says that the OGG settings are there for the playback. Just not showing the player.

    Thanks,

    Duncan

Thank you for the feedback. That is indeed strange, it might be a Firefox error. My colleagues and I will look into this further to see if we can find anything, and get back to you shortly.

We've found a small error in the current release, that is related to this Firefox problem. We are going to add a fix for this to the upcoming releases.

In the meantime you can work around it by removing the "nocontrols" attribute from the embed code (or even change it to "controls"). If this does not do the trick yet, try to also set size for the layer (width / height) under the Styles tab.

Thanks for that. Changing the "no controls" to "controls" was the way it fixed the problem. Removing the "no controls" entirely did not work. I didn't have to mess with the width/height under the styles tab either.

Thanks so much for the great help!
