    Hello ProtelPazarlama,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    Hi Atilla,

I sent you a photo that shows my system (FTP) status. Did you see it?

    Best Regards

    Nihat

Unfortunately ticksy seems to be having issues loading the attached screenshots, so I'm not able to check it. Are there no errors in the System Status ? If you could set up a temporary WP login for us, we could investigate it further from the back-end to see if we can find anything.

    Hi there,

Actually, I'm not receiving any error messages. Just, WP Debug Mode, under the Site Setup & Plugin Settings part, is disabled  and there is a message said "If you experience any issue, we recommend enabling the WP Debug mode while debugging. Click here to learn more."
