Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

The 3 sliders on the home page were working a few days ago and now not working. When I go to the LayerSlider program the sliders are there but when I load the Home Page the sliders do not show up not matter what I do.

They were working and now they are not without me making any changes.

I have clear all the caches and still not working.

The slider in Mobile still work.

    Please help!

    Hello drsnourian,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site and there are several jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined). This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.

As I can see you are using Rocketscript, one of CloudFlare's features, which has a known compatibility issue with LayerSlider.

Rocketscript is a method used to compress and asynchronously load scripts on page, and it could easily break any WordPress plugin (including LayerSlider), as it also interferes with jQuery.

Please disable Rocketscript on CloudFlare's website, or in case you are utilizing a plugin to use CloudFlare's service then you should be able to disable it there as well.

Please let us know of the results.
