The Layerslider on the page http://ecom.bodon.hostingkunde.de is not showing the pictures correct... but just sometimes... and on every reload different... but in FF or Safari or Chrome everithing works fine. Can you give me an hint where the problem is ... thanxs. (After every reload of the website different photos have an completly wrong width: 428346px; but the div and the wrapper around are right and just about 868px width.)

    Hello Marc,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately the problem is most likely going to be related to a preloader, or to a conflict on your installation.

To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.

Please also try to look for any preloader plugin or solution on your installation (might be part of your theme), as it's possible that this image stretching is caused by some kind of preloading, we've faced similar cases before.

Hi Attila, thank you for your post but i'm not using WordPress i am using Redaxo and i will try to deaktivate all preloaders or other javascrips. Just still strange that all other browsers didn't have this problem.

Ah sorry, you're right I missed that. Regardless, we still believe that the problem is most likely related to preloader script or solution on your site. Please let us know what you've found.

    Hi Attila,

the Problem was the default Skin v6, if i deactivate this (skin: 'noskin') everything works fine in Edge.
I think there is still a Problem somewhere in the v6 Skin... but just with the Edge-Browser ...

Thank you for the feedback. We will check on this to see if there's anything wrong on our end or with the v6 skin.

We've made some tests, but couldn't reproduce this problem with the v6 skin on our end, so we do not beleive that it's related to the skin.

We will check on a couple of other things, in the meantime I'd recommend to use other skins or create a new one to work around this.
