Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I created a slider with some layers. It works perfekt in responsive mode at any size. Look at []
But when i placed the slider into a parent div element of my responsive website, setting 'type' to 'fullsize' and 'fullSizeMode' to 'fitheight' the slider resizes not proportionally and the layers are not placed at the right position. Look here []
Is there an possibility to fit the slider to the width - instead of height - of its parent element to resize the slider proportionally and place the layers at the correct position?
Or which settings are generally neccesary to place a slider into a parent element?
Thanks!
Best regards Antje
Hello Antje,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
As I can see your slider has a typical normal responsive layout, which works best with the initial size that you built it with. I'd recommend to use a normal responsive layout in your case, I believe it would work best that way. Or is there some problem with that, or did you want to achieve something else ?
Hello Attila,
yes, it works now. I was thinking far too complicated.
Thank you very much.
Best regards Antje
