Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Sarah,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked the URL you provided but I do not see LayerSlider being used on it at the moment. Where exactly can we check on this problem ? In case you had to disable/remove it in the meantime, please set up a temporary test page where we can see and troubleshoot it.

    Hi Attila-

Thank you for your help today. I just reactivated the layerslider on www.charlesriveraquatics.com and it is giant. Thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Sarah

    Hello Sarah,

Thank you. I can see the problem, it is indeed large. However I do not see any plugin settings that could cause this so I believe that an external source, probably a 3rd party item is affecting the slider. I will have to contact and consult with the development team first regarding this case. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.

Please try to set the slider's layout to Fullwidth in the Slider Settings -> Layout tab and save it. This should decrease and adjust its size on your site.
