    Hi, I have purchased the Layerslider plugin and it is not working. The error in the php log is:

    [Wed Oct 11 17:09:35.536154 2017] [php7:error] [pid 16840] [client 195.234.10.166:38543] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /home/admin/web/therapeuticfrontiers.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/helpers/phpQuery.php....

    The version of php running on the domain is 7.1.4 which is confirmed in the system settings of Layerslider although it has the following two errors:


    The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed to use the Template Store and import/export sliders with images.

    Front-end sliders and the slider builder interface require the PHP DOMDocument extension.

    a phpinfo report shows that the zip and xml modules are enabled:

    php7.1 -m | grep zip
    zip

    # php7.1 -m | grep xml
    xml

    This can be closed off. Even though php was reporting both extensions loaded there was an issue as I reinstalled php 7 and it is OK now.
