    Hello,

Our staging site here does NOT have your latest update installed and is working like we want for years has been ok:
    http://marksgroupnet.staging.wpengine.com/

The slider areaa is set at a fixed width, you can see in large monitors the width and height of the header stay the same. The text and images stay within the the fixed size.

When we install your latest update our fixed witdh/height breaks, and the header increases size both width and height, and the text and slides expand and moves into the background etc...when you expand the browser. (see screenshot)

We have reverted to the lastest version of our site WITHOUT your latest update, until we can fix this problem.

We need maintain the fixed height/width as in the links above.

    Please help.
    Thanks.

    Hello mckots,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.6.0.). No other user reported it and we did not experience it either on our end. We believe that it is most likely a misconfiguration problem, or related to a conflict on your installation.

Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot this without seeing the actual problem. Could you please set up a test page where we can check the faulty slider in question and investigate it ?

I was able to delete and upload the new update on staging, so it is live on staging, but as you can compare to production here to see how the content of the slider will not remain in the container, as it was previous to the update:

    http://www.marksgroup.net/ (no update)

I figured it out, it was in the global settings. Sorry. Thank you.
