The slide transitions cannot be looped, they are only played once as the slideshow changes from one slide to the next. However layer animations can be set to repeat. What transition are you looking for exactly ? Maybe it can be achieved with other settings the plugin provides.
I can not find the option to make a slide animation in continuous repetition (looping)
