    Hi,

Thank you for a wonderful plugin. I have a question about design formatting that I cant seem to figure out. On the above URL, the left navigation button is misaligned. It looks like the arrow is not centered on the background circle, Im not sure how to fix that. Please advise, thank you very much.

    Hello Daniel,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked the URL you provided (http://alwaysfai*****ianclub.com/) but I do not see LayerSlider being used on it at the moment. Did you change your site in the meantime ? In case yes, where exactly can we see the problematic slider, to troubleshoot this error ?

    Hi,

I'm not sure what you're looking at. Are you viewing on a mobile device? If so, they're disabled on mobile.

Layersliders are at the top of every page on this site (http://alwaysfaithfulequestrianclub.com/).

The site seems to be password protected so we cannot check it unfortunately: "This content is password protected. To view it please enter your password below"

Could you please provide us with a temporary access to check on the problem ?

I can't, its locked on the page level.

Is it possible to look at the screenshot and let me know how to edit the layout of the slide navigation button? The styling came from the Beauty Shop demo content, all I did was change the pink to gold.

This nav arrow misalignment problem is most likely going to be related to a custom styling, that overwrites the slider's default style. In similar cases we've faced, it was almost always generated by the theme, but it could be related to other factors as well.
Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot it from screenshots, we would need to see the problem live to be able to investigate it.

We haven't heard back from you, so we're contacting you again.

As we've already pointed out, this issue is generated by your theme's custom code that is being applied on the slider. Please note that we do not have any relation to your theme, they've decided to include LayerSlider to their product, so it is their responsibility making sure that their code does not interfere with ours. LayerSlider does not have any special requirement, and there is no complicated integration method either. However your theme has deliberately inserted that custom code that interferes with our plugin, resulting in this error.

Unfortunately without having access to your site and seeing the problem, we cannot troubleshoot this issue further. So in order for us to proceed with the investigation we will need some kind of permission to access it.

We're looking forward to your answer.
