Hi Attila A quick email to see if you have a solution for this slider problem - Our client is now going crazy and becoming aggressive to staff when he calls the office to get this fault fixed. Is their anyway of escalating this ticket to a higher priority?

Please note that bumping threads and creating multiple tickets for the same problem will not get you faster responses. If anything it's the opposite, as you only generate more traffic.
Every ticket and question is different, and requires different approach. We will always get back to you as soon we can, there are no forgotten tickets or cases.
