    My Purchase Code for LayerSlider update is not working. It's not a typo issu. i download the pdf and text to copy the code, but it does not work.

    Judging from your screenshot, you are trying to insert LayerSlider's purchase code to Slider Revolution, which is a different plugin.

    This describes how to activate LayerSlider.

    Thank you for your answer. I know where i can find my purchase code. 

    Whene i register the plugin and use this key i receive always the message the code is incorrect.

    Hello Louise,

    As I've mentioned, based on your screenshot, you are trying to insert LayerSlider's purchase code to Slider Revolution.

    Please note that LayerSlider and Slider Revolution are two different slider plugins. You cannot use one of the license codes to activate the other item with it. You will need to use LayerSlider's purchase code to activate LayerSlider, and Slider Revolution's  purchase code to activate Slider Revolution.
