Layerslider keeps crashing when I work on a slide for longer than 30 minutes. It completely crashes wordpress. If I deactivate the plugin I have no issues working on any other plugin like Revolution slider. Only happens when Layerslider is activated

    Dear Darren,

There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.5.8.). No other user reported this and we did not experience this on our end either, so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.

What exactly do you mean by that it crashes ? Please explain the problem in more details. Furthermore, what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this on exactly ?

Finally, we have to ask you to stop spamming new tickets. Let's concentrate the discussion and problem solving in one ticket for an easier and better communication.

When I am using Layerslider, after about 40 minutes, it won't save the work and when I move my mouse over the wordpress menu on the side, all the menu items get covered by a black box and to close Wordpress I have to click the X on the page I cannot access the logout drop down the screen is completely frozen

As I've mentioned, there is no issue like this present in the latest release of LayerSlider.

No other user reported this and we did not experience this on our end either. It is most likely a localized problem on your end, or a conflict issue generated by a 3rd party item on your installation.

One thing I can think of is that you are using an outdated browser and it runs out of memory, causing this error. Certain browsers have a tendency for memory leak.

Again, could you please describe on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

Furthermore, the black box thing sounds very strange. Please take a screenshot of it, so we have an idea what it might be.
