    Hello I purchased LayerSlider 3 days ago and first registered the plugin online today.

    A few hours later I received this notification inside my Layerslider admin panel area saying that my "LayerSlider product activation was canceled on this site"

    Why has this happen?

    I am developing my website on my localhost server. I wont be using the plugin for my live website yet until I have learned how to use the plugin properly and build a stable and fully functioning website with it.

    Hello Mike,

    Your activation is most likely stuck resulting in this issue. If you've used our online tools to remotely deactivate a site (or asked us to do the same on your behalf) your site might no longer be properly activated even though it's showing that way. Another reason for this could be an activation interference related to sub-sites or different domain names.

    I'd recommend to reset your license code using our site: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations , disabling and then re-activating LayerSlider in the Plugins WP menu, and then entering your license for activation. This should solve the problem.
