I want to update the layer slider, i bought a theme with a layer Slider Inside, now i bought the Layer slider i new update the plugging, so please can you help me to do it?
Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.
I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
What error are you referring to exactly ? If you've reinstalled the plugin with the package from CodeCanyon you should have the latest release (6.5.8). Have you also activated the plugin in the Product Activation section with your purchase code ?
