We use your gastronomy template for our home page slider but this morning none of the images are loading or are appearing blurry. I've checked the template on your store and that appears to now have the same issue so I can't see it's an issue this end. Can you please explain how to fix this asap as obviously this is causing us some big issues.
I have checked your site and our template store, but for me both the gastronomy demo slider and yours are being displayed properly. The images are loaded and they are not blurry (only at the start, but that's part of their animation, they become sharp at the end of the transition).
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I managed to fix it by adjusting the style filter to 100% as for some reason it had changed itself to blur 30. Bit peculiar but hey ho all ok now.
Unfortunately having problems again today with the images not loading. They appear on the preview page but won't load on my browser. Can you please assist? I've attached screenshots of issue.
Hi I've just checked and like you say it's working perfectly again now, sooo strange as I deliberately didn't touch it so you could see what the issue was. I'll keep my eye on it over the next few days and keep you posted. Sorry for being a pain!
Sure thing. I could take a look to see if I can spot anything.
However this issue is likely related to the availability of the slider's content. Could you please check on the images added to the slider ? I believe that they might become temporary unavailable for a short time and that is when the issue occurs, as the slider cannot access and load them.
You could also try to use the 'Use relative URLs' option in Slider Settings -> Misc tab, to see if that helps.
We've looked around but we did not find anything that could cause this. It seems like we cannot troubleshoot this error when the problem is not present. But we still believe that this going to be related to a temporary missing content.
When it occurs again, please open up the browser console (without refreshing your site), look for any error messages and copy them here. We should be able to tell more if we know the exact error.

I've checked your site again, but for me the images are loaded properly in the slider, the same as before.
Is this a temporary issue, only occuring in certain times ? Or is there a trick to reproduce it ?
Unfortunately as I do not see the error 'in action', I'm not able to troubleshoot it.
