Those sections were not created with LayerSlider. However you can easily achieve this look with the plugin as well. You will need to create a couple of text layers, one for each different style, and position plus right align them with the options in the Styles tab.
There aren't any special settings needed to create this. You just simply setup the text blocks in 4 separate layers, 1 for each style. Position them in the preview window and style them with the settings provided in the Styles tab of the Layers section (color, font, right align).
Additionally, there are multiple sources available you check that will help you get started using LayerSlider. You can import the demo sliders from the Template Store to see what settings we used and how we set them up exactly. You can also read the tooltips with descriptions of the settings by hovering over each one of them.
