It would be good to see what's happening on your site. It's possible that a 3rd party item is loading the old jQuery. Could you please provide us with an URL to it, so we can investigate this ?
In the meantime you could also try to use the 'Use Google CDN version of jQuery' advanced setting in LayerSlider to see if that helps.
