I have been trying to find a good contact form that will work well in the Slider. I want the form to be within the slider itself with short code. Do you know of any that you find to work well within the slider?

Unfortunately we are not aware of any contact form plugin that we could recommend at the moment.
However most of the forms that you add by shortcode should be working without any problem. What exactly is the issue you are facing ? Maybe we could help troubleshoot it.
