Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. LayerSlider WP not showing up in WP admin

    Hi,

    I have installed LayerSlider WP but it does not show up in my WP admin panel on the left side. I cannot register the plugin or create new sliders.

    Hey robertLyall,

    First of all, please make sure that it's activated in the WP Plugins menu on the sidebar. It's possible that it got disabled somehow.

    In case it is, how exactly did you install it ? Simply by using the default WP method and using the plugin's installable ZIP or did you use a different method, for example FTP ?

    Yes it is active.  I installed by uploading the zip file.

    Please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can take a look at this problem on the admin to investigate it further. Make sure to set the reply to private so others can't see the credentials.
