Limited availability during the holidays

it appears i can't visualise my slider on the live website despite the version is there and created.
The theme I'm using is AVADA.
While the slider just doesn't appear on tablets and desktop on mobile it's substituted by a fixed image
The plugin is updated

I have checked your site but for me the slider is being displayed currently (please see screenshot).
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
