I just purchase the plugin less then 15min ago I do not like and planned not to used it due to the fact is not fully responsive the words get to small when in mobile.
If possible may I ask for a refund.

We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with LayerSlider. However we can assure you that the plugin is working and functioning properly as it is used on more than a million websites without any problem.
LayerSlider is fully responsive accross all devices. The text can be adjusted on mobiles by using the "Min. (mobile) font size" option in the Layers -> Styles tab. You can solve this by using that setting.
