I didn't include my site address because as of now it is hidden behind a coming soon page.
While I'm editing the slider it all functions correctly, animations, everything. But when I preview it in real time the words look like regular words, (like these here) How do I fix this?
The problem is most likely that the font you are using is available in the back-end, but it's not available on the front-end so it's not displayed properly. You need to make sure to load the fonts you are using both on the admin and in the live site as well.
Unfortunately without seeing it live, it's only a guess. In case the problem persists, please set up a temporary access for us, so we troubleshoot this further.
I understand what you are saying but am not sure how to change that. Would you send me an email so I can add you as a site user? Also I know this is not the latest version of your plugin, but not sure if I have to delete the old one first? Is there a way to update from the Wordpress dashboard? Love, love, love this slider btw! :)
I believe the email address is not important, as we can login only with a username and password. But regardless, you can use the following: [email protected]
Thank you. We've logged in with the provided credentials and it accepted the user, but even after logging in, we cannot seem to have access to the back-end. We land on a coming soon page that says "We're On Our Way! Almost here! Artists - Buy, Sell and Trade Your Gently Used Art Supplies! Notify me when it's ready" and there is no way to access the admin. Are there additional steps we need to take ? Or could you please check on the user whether it has the proper permissions ?

You do not need to delete the plugin to update. You can find update instructions in the documentation here: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#updating
Also, you can send private messages here as well if you want to include login details.
