Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Slider images disappearing once texts animates in

    Hello,

I have updated to the move recent version of the LayerSlider for WordPress plugin, but I now seem to be having an issue where my slides disappear after the text layer animates in. The image will reappear for a millisecond before it transitions to the next slide. At which point, it happens all over again. This does not seem to be happening on the first slide, but on every other slide.

I've tested all options under Advanced settings, I've rebuilt the slider multiple times, I've tested turning all other plugins on the site OFF, and made sure there was no conflicting custom CSS, etc. I'm not sure what else could be going on.

Here is the website in question: http://raterlaw.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks.

    Hey Michael,

I have checked your site but for me the slideshow appears correctly, the images do not dissapear after the text layers transition in.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

Yes, I actually did end up fixing it. I found the answer in another ticket after digging for a while. Thanks!
