    I tried every ways already but it said on my wordpress site that the 


    There is a new version of LayerSlider WP available. View version 6.5.8 detailsAutomatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

    and I bought the license, don't understand why it cannot be updated. Also my php version is the most unto date one already. I require support from plugin provider.

    Hello pukkai,

    Judging from the problem we have discussed in your previous ticket, this is also likely going to be related to a server configuration issue.

    Please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can confirm and look into this more in-depth. Make sure that the message with the credentials is private so others can't see it.

    I have logged in and updated the plugin for you. The problem was that the plugin activation happened on https://www.pukkaithaimassage.com but you are using https://www.pukkaithaimassage.com.au now. These are two different domains and the plugin did not detect this change, so the activation was stuck on the old URL. 

    I have reactivated the license and all is working now.

    I'm having the same problem.  When I try to install the plugin is says, "update package not available."

    Dear designbycline,

    The 'Update package not available' or similar error messages during the update process, are most likely symptoms of an interfering 3rd party theme or plugin.  
    We are constantly notifying and working together with various authors whenever we notice such issue. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be fixed from our end and a temporary solution is updating manually or temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to the default WP theme. 
    The new release is already available on CodeCanyon as well for download.

    Another possibility might be a stuck activation like in pukkai's case. If you've used our online tools to remotely deactivate a site (or asked us to do the same on your behalf) your site might no longer be activated. The same can be true if your purchase code has been revoked due to a refund or another reason.  
    In cases like this deactivating your site and then immediately re-activating it can help.

    hi i have a problem i can update a a layerslider that it cames in a theme (accio theme), then if i go to support to opene a ticket the softwrare tellme the purchase code is wrong but is not like that so please can you help me in that?

    Dear annaitsoft,

    If you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme's purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author in this case.

    Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
