Layerslider conflict with Flatsome Theme

    Hi there,

Layerslider is preventing the footer block and the get in touch block on my home page from loading correctly.  Only the text loads but the images do not.  I have disabled all plugins, including Layerslider, and the issue goes away.  As soon as I reactivate Layerslider, the issue is back.  Here's the url of the page with the issue:

    https://1.sharon.jasonswebservices.com/home/

And here is a Loom video showing the issue and confirming that Layerslider and all other plugins and the theme itself are up to date:

I look forward to your advice - clearly this is a big issue for this site.

I'll send a private message with my WP login details in case these are of assistance.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hello Sharon,

I have tried to login to your admin with the provided credentials, but the link you've sent does not seem to be working. When I try to access it, I get a 'Not available' error and there is no way to proceed with the login.

My apologies - I forgot that All in One Security results in my login redirecting to https://1.sharon.jasonswebservices.com/thematrixrocks.

Use this as the admin url,

We have looked into this problem further but it seems to be working correctly for us at the moment. We have logged in, recreated every step you took on the video but wasn't able to reproduce the issue. The plugin and the slider is active but the problem is not present. Have you managed to solve this or found a workaround in the meatime ?

I've found a temporary workaround - I've disabled lazy loading for banners and sections, although this does result in slower loading speeds.  If you disable it in Flatsome Advanced - lazy loading, you'll see the issue return.

The part where the problem is located is not a slider, so it shouldn't be related to us and we do not believe that there is a connection either.

We have done a quick test, we enabled the lazy loading and it was working the same. We have tried it in different scenarios and browsers and there was no problem at all. We have disabled it again at the end of the testing.

We did not face any problems while testing and since it is not a slider, we are most likely not related to this issue with the images.
