Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi,
I've created a mobile-only layer of text that I'd like to display on tablets and phones; however, when I look on my ipad mini, the text only displays in landscape mode, not portrait.
Mobile optimization is on, i've tried setting a minimum font, and I have it set to display on phones and tablets.
Thanks in advance.
Hey thinkglobalschool,
I have checked your slider's settings and it seems like the layers are set to be hidden on mobiles and tablets. The ls-hide-on-phone and ls-hide-on-tablet classes are being applied on them. I believe you have used these settings in reverse. Please check on the device display feature again and try to change the options to see if that works.
Hi,
There is a layer with just the words "test" that is visible only on mobile and tablets that isn't showing up unless the tablet is in landscape. Here is a screenshot of the settings and general overview.
As I can see on your screenshot the 'eye' icon is not active for this 'test' layer, meaning that it will not be visible anywhere, since that option hides the layer.
OK, I just turned the visibility on for desktop. It's still not showing up on the iPad mini though in portrait mode.
We have investigated this further and the problem seems to be related to one of your theme's methods. Your theme is using a DIV with id="sliders-container" , and under a certain resolution it hides the slider alongside with its content.
Please contact the author of your theme about this method and how it can be disabled, they should be able to provide more information on this case and hopefully a solution as well.
